AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Korrect Roofing & Foundations, also operating as Korrect General Contracting (“Korrect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our services, including our website (https://korrect.net), phone consultations, inspections, estimates, and roofing/construction services.

By engaging our services, submitting a request for estimate, signing a contract, or otherwise doing business with Korrect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Korrect provides general contracting services specializing in storm restoration, roofing, foundation repair, and related construction services. Our services include but are not limited to:

– Property damage inspections
– Insurance claim assistance
– Roof replacement and repair
– Foundation repair
– Siding, gutters, and exterior work
– General contracting services
– Project management

All services are provided in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and building codes.

2. ESTIMATES AND CONTRACTS

All estimates provided by Korrect are preliminary and subject to change based on final inspection, insurance adjuster assessment, and actual scope of work required. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Services are not rendered until a signed contract and required deposit (if applicable) are received. Contract terms, payment schedules, and project scope will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

3. INSURANCE CLAIMS

When assisting with insurance claims, Korrect acts as your contractor and advocate. We work with your insurance company to ensure proper assessment of damages and fair claim settlement. However, we cannot guarantee insurance claim approval or specific settlement amounts, as these decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.

You are responsible for your insurance deductible and any amounts not covered by your insurance policy. Final payment is your responsibility regardless of insurance company decisions.

4. SMS TEXT MESSAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Description of SMS Use Cases:
Korrect Roofing & Foundations offers an SMS text messaging service to provide customers with:
– Appointment confirmations and reminders
– Project status updates and notifications
– Payment confirmations and receipts
– Inspection scheduling
– Pre-production meeting coordination
– Service-related alerts and updates
– Optional promotional offers and company updates

How to Opt-In:
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
– Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website forms
– Providing your mobile number and consent during phone conversations with our team
– Texting START to our business number
– Signing a contract that includes SMS consent language

Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

– Contacting our office and requesting to be removed from SMS communications

Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on your project status and communication preferences. During active projects, you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Marketing messages are sent less frequently and you may opt out of marketing while still receiving transactional project updates.

Message & Data Rate Disclosure:
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for messages sent and received. Korrect is not responsible for carrier charges.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Korrect Roofing & Foundations and its SMS service providers (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Twilio, or other platforms) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or other technical difficulties beyond our control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Check with your carrier for compatibility.

Age Restriction (18+):
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS messages from Korrect Roofing & Foundations and to enter into service agreements with us. By providing your mobile number and opting in, or by signing a contract with us, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

Consent Not Required for Purchase:
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Korrect Roofing & Foundations. You may choose to conduct business with us without receiving text messages.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

– Deposits may be required to schedule work
– Insurance claim payments are made according to your insurance company’s payment schedule (typically ACV upon contract signing, RCV upon completion)
– Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
– Deductibles are due at project completion or as specified in your contract
– We accept payment via check, credit card, ACH transfer, or other methods as agreed

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or suspension of work. Unpaid balances may result in filing of mechanic’s liens or legal action to collect amounts owed.

6. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

Workmanship warranties and material warranties are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

– We provide workmanship warranties on labor performed
– Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product
– Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and allow reasonable time for inspection and repair

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, homeowner negligence, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korrect’s total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to Korrect for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or damages to property not directly caused by our work.

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

– You may cancel before work begins with written notice
– Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work scheduled
– Cancellation after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased
– We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of contract

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All estimates, plans, drawings, photographs, and other materials created by Korrect remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for purposes other than the specific project for which they were created.

10. PRIVACY

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
